Hitting the beach? Don’t forget the candy

Sorry to bombard you with candy again, but what
can I say, I have a sweet tooth. Besides, we’re talking beaches
this week, and I think most can agree that a trip to the shore is
incomplete without buying at least one pound of fudge and a box
of salt water taffy.
And if you’ve ever been to Ocean City, Maryland,
you know that the place to go for these goodies is the Candy Kitchen.
If you’re a newbie to this shore point, then you’re
in for a treat, literally.
The Candy Kitchen has been famous for their homemade
fudge, taffy and hand dipped chocolates since 1937. Their fudge
is available in 26 different flavors, such as cookies n’ crème,
orange creamsicle and my personal favorite, killer fudge. As far
as taffy is concerned, they still offer the traditional vanilla,
peppermint and licorice flavors, but if you want to try watermelon
and strawberry banana on for size, here’s your chance.
Now if you simply can’t make it to the beach
this summer, relax. you can still get your hands on the goods. The
Candy Kitchen is online and they deliver to anywhere within the
continental U.S., just visit them at www.candykitchens.com.
